Our service charges
 

Viewing tour is charged 100 EURO and is payable to the agent who is showing the properties. This charge is for showing of 5-10 properties and the area tour.

Our service charge from the owner is 3%

Our service charge from the buyer is 3%

Solicitors chargers are payable to the solicitors, depending on the level of agreement between seller, buyer and the solicitor, we do not take responsibility in case of any misleading between the sellers ( or buyers) and their solicitors.
